Renting Rules & Regulations

Please check with your host as they may have custom rules for their individual units.

Seven-night minimum during peak season (June 28 - August 31).
Three-night minimum during off peak season (anytime outside of peak).
Quiet time from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
All guests must adhere to the pool rules according to pool signage.
Children cannot be left unattended at the pool.
No loud/profane music, swearing or parties.
Once garbage and recycling bins are filled in your unit, empty them into the dumpsters located on the street side of the building.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed in the unit.
No day guests allowed to use condo facilities.
One parking spot is allocated per unit.
